Teenagers are paired with the college athlete (coach) that best meets their needs based on their sport, needs, background, and personality fit.

CoachU coaches work with teens to form a personalized plan to achieve their goals, leveraging the CoachU platform as a guide.

3. Progress

Start to see your gains almost immediately and continually check in with your coaching plan through weekly touch points, texts and more.

My Son started working with CoachU (Anders) back in October of 2022 with the goal of making the varsity team. Not only did my Son make varsity but he has played as high as #2 singles! Anders analyzed film, focusing on the backhand, implemented a pre-game stretching routine, worked on mental toughness strategies, and collaborated with my Son’s coach to help improve the consistency of his game.
